Magda- greek baptism in Leros Island

On the second day of the Orthodox Easter (05.04.10) i was invited to film the Baptism of Magda in Leros Island.
Only a few guests but amazing atmosphere..

I had 2 days to film so i couldnt resist to shoot some time-lapses on the second day.

A big thank you to Aleksandros and Evi for their giving me the opportunity to be part of their wonderful day .

Also a huge thank you to Sony STAMOS and especially Dimitris Stamos for supporting and trusting me to test the new Sony Ex1R..an amazing new tool from Sony.

adonis - Καταπληκτικό νέο addition τα γρήγορα ”σπαστά” φωτογραφικά πλάνα. Και, όπως πάντα, όμορφες μικρές ”ασήμαντες” στιγμές. Δυνατή χρωματική υφή στα timelapse.

Maria & Anastasia – a twins greek baptism

A few years back i was offered the opportunity to film the wedding of one of the most fun couples i had the pleasure of working with.
Some may remember that wedding as the “Vida la vida” clip.

Recently i was given the chance to film another Dynamic Duo !!! this time their twin daughters Maria and Anastasia.
Sometimes girls can be loud ..really LOUD!!

Spiros Shizakis - Χμμ προσωπικα τουλαχιστον με το CS4 και μονο με αυτο δεν εχω κανενα προβλημα στο HD.Ειχα μεχρι που εστησα το τελευταιο quicktime pro το οποιο υποθετω οτι εβαλε τον δικο του h264 codec και ειδα αμεσως διαφορα.Μολις εχω τα λεφτα παντως θα παω για MacPro και Final Cut σιγουρα.’)
Ως συνηθως αλλο ενα φοβερο μονταζ , ειδικα οι ληψεις ειναι φοβερες.

ΥΓ Αμα ειναι η πρωτη υλη καλη δεν χρειαζονται καν σάλτσες

2dgstyle - δεν εχει να κανει με το premiere,
το vimeo ξανασυμπιεζει το αρχειο που σηκωνω.
το αρχειο που παραδιδω εχει πολυ καλυτερη εικονα.
Συντομα θα βρω την λυση.

Vasilis - Δεν πιστεύω ότι το premiere κάνει για high definition.Πρέπει να δοκιμάσεις το final cut ,και τον apple prores codec,και θα δεις μεγάλη διαφορά.

Mommy M. - Το εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι έχεις πιάσει από τη λήψη στιγμές που δεν τις θυμάμαι καν – μια κίνηση, ένα βλέμμα, ένα κάτι – και τις έχεις εντάξει αβίαστα στο πλάνο σα φυσική συνέχεια. Την τεχνική δεν έχω τις γνώσεις να την κρίνω, απλά τη θεωρώ απαραίτητη (και στη δική σου περίπτωση δεδομένη!) ως εργαλείο. Όμως το συναίσθημα που βγάζεις, το ζω… και το απολαμβάνω. Όταν βλέπω το αποτέλεσμα, αναβιώνω τη μέρα – αυτό είναι το μαγικό στη δουλειά σου Lee!

2dgstyle - Η μουσικη επιλογη δεν γινεται ποτε τυχαια.
Παντα εχει καποια σχεση με το ζευγαρι και συνηθως ειναι κατι το οποιο ακουσα την ημερα του γαμου ή της βαπτισης.
