Συγχαρητήρια,αν και δεν μου προξενεί καμία έκπληξη η αναγνώρισή σου στο εξωτερικό.Το αντίθετο μάλιστα θεωρώ ότι σε αδικεί το γεγονός ότι οι ξένοι δεν γνωρίζουν το πως τελούνται τα μυστήρια στην Ελλάδα(δεν υπάρχει σχεδον τίποτε στημένο ,και ο ρυθμός είναι απρόβλεπτος για το φωτογράφο και το βιντεογράφο, που έχουν να αντιμετωπίσουν τόσα διαφορετικά απρόοπτα σε κάθε τελετή).
Επιπλέον δεν γνωρίζουν το Ορθόδοξο τυπικό και πολλά από τα πλάνα σου θα είναι γι’ αυτούς ακατανόητα.
Αν η κατάταξη γίνοταν με βάση τη σύλληψη των συναισθημάτων της ημέρας θα σε είχαν σε πολύ υψηλότερη θέση.
Event filmmaker Lee Bakogiannakis trademark editing style is all over this winning entry in the 48hr film project @ Athens 2010. No surprise that Lee walked away with the Best Editing award for his contribution to the production. The team assembled for this production also swept most of the remaining awards.

πραγματικα αν καποιος θα ηθελε να περιγραψει καλυτερα την εννοια της λεξης “εμπειρια” θα επρεπε να αναφερθει σε ολα οσα ζησαμε,νοιωσαμε και καταγραψαμε στον γαμο αυτο.
μετα τον γαμο τον παιδιων στην καρπαθο ο πυχης ανεβηκε πραγματικα ψηλα.καθε φορα που φωτογραφιζω destination βλεπω τον εαυτο μου να ψαχνει λιγο απο αυτο που ζησαμε εκει.
το να εισαι συναισθηματικος και να εχεις την ευκαιρια να ζησεις αυτη την εμπειρια ειναι εξω απο οποια λογικη.πραγματικα ηταν δωρο θεου.και το μερος.το ζευγαρι.οι ανθρωποι.η συνεργασια μας.

For the second i had the pleasure of flying to Mytilene island to document the baptism of little Evagelos.
The experience of my 2 day journey was amazing..!!
The baptism took place at the monastery of Saint Rafail which is situated only a few kilometers outside the main city of the island.
This video is just a small taste of probably one of the most enjoyable ceremonies i’ve documented over the years..
A big thank you to Stavros & Georgia for making sure that i wont have any problems while being there and for their wonderful hospitality.

Κάτι τόσο λίγο σε χρονική διάρκεια κι όμως κατάφερε να μας συγκινήσει τόσο πολύ. Το έχουμε δει πάνω από 20 φορές και ακόμη δεν το χορταίνουμε.
